Luna obtained a degree in Robotics Engineering at the University of Genoa, developing a biologically-inspired algorithm to perceive motion-in-depth in order to be able to intercept or avoid approaching objects. She is currently exploiting event-driven camera properties to control the iCub robot in real-time towards the concept of humanoid robots efficiently interacting with the surroundings.
